Indian market is overflowing with unemployed engineers when there is acute dearth of good engineers in all industries. The reason being, majority of the engineers passing out have below par skills compared to the industry standards, and, small and medium enterprises that employs them don’t have the time or resources to groom them.

Eligibility Criteria & Selection Process

At least 60% or 6.0 CGPA in their B.E. / B.Tech
Aptitude test, writing exercise and group discussion

Industry readiness is an intensive training programme that has both classroom and practical sessions that helps build a strong candidate equipped with sufficient knowledge and basic skills sets to be employed by the manufacturing industry.
